Welcome To Our Practice
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from our reception team. They will ensure that the necessary paperwork is fully completed. You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP, though do please let the receptionist know if there is a particular practitioner you would prefer to see.
Whether you visit the Adelaide Street Practice or the Harris Medical Centre, you are a valued patient of ours. Our team includes five GPs, four senior nurses, as well as our practice manager, computer manager, three senior receptionists, two secretaries and reception staff.
We offer a full medical service with specialist clinics for coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, minor surgery, maternity and child health. We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel it is important you know who you are speaking to, so our practice staff wear a name badge and identify themselves on the telephone.
This booklet aims to tell you more about the practice and the people who are here to help you. It will also tell you about what services we offer and how best to use them. There is also a section on how you can look after your own family's health.
